For how much we paid it was so worth it. Only spent one night in this hotel but it was very different from the usual ones we stay in. The place was nice tidy and clean, receptionist working was lovely and she showed us to our room. It was like a wee apartment as she walked us out of the reception and into the next door which had its own lock so only guests could get in after 9pm, then our room, it was only one of two on that floor which was nice. The room was a decent size, had a fridge, and a fan (much needed during a heatwave). We had our own bathroom (I know a lot of reviews say they had a shared one - maybe just make sure you do book the correct room type), bathroom was a really good size. Location was great as well, only tiny point for improvement (not even a complaint) would be more towels in the room. We went during the 34° heatwave so went for multiple showers and only had two towels and a hand towel. Other than that it was literally perfect and such a good hotel, definitely recommend especially at such a good price point.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The receptionist was lovely and friendly. I had a very decent sized room with ensuite. It was clean and tidy. There are places to eat and an Asda nearby. It was a little hot in the room but there was a fan and also some water in the fridge. I would stay again.

Honestly looks a bit sketchy at first, but it’s so lovely. It faces the water, it’s spacious and super clean. I will definitely be returning. It’s such a nice location and close to so many nice places to eat and hangout. Pretty safe too. I wish the room had a thicker blanket and maybe a bathrobe because the bathroom and shower area isn’t in the rooms and it’s an apartment sort of a situation, and I don’t think anybody would want to get see in the halls in their towel by a stranger. The kitchen was also nice and clean and had a microwave, fridge, oven, washing machine and plates etc. They had a kettle too, but it was pretty dirty and definitely not in a usable condition. They also had tea bags, coffee, milk, shower gel, moisturiser and shampoo etc.

I found this place really good value. It was £109 for a 1 night stay on a Monday night. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was hot (if a little quirky in how it was attached to the wall!). The rooms seem to have been fitted out recently and done to a good standard. The chap on reception was friendly and helpful. A couple of things to be mindful of: 1) Check in is 3pm to 9pm so might not work for everyone 2) There's no option to have breakfast or dinner. There's several food vans nearby which I walked past that looked appetizing! All in all I'd stay again for sure. By the way the photos are after I'd stayed in the room! The bed was nicely made when I arrived ;)

I booked this hotel specifically as it had a family room and the photos seemed authentic; and there don’t appear to be that many hotels offering an adequate family room. It was an ideal location to walk to and from The Hunger Games as well as other locations in Canary Wharf. The room is on the ground floor as well so no climbing stairs is ideal with kids! I can’t fault this place - the only annoying thing was I needed another pillow and I heard the overtrain (but I brought ear plugs), but to be honest I’m a sensitive sleeper so always come prepared.
